RETURN POLICY

NON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

Must be in original packaging as shipped.

Merchandise must not be marked, defaced or damaged.

Non defective returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Items with guarantees or warranties.

Please follow the directions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

 

Items damaged during shipment.

These items are covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged in shipping, please contact us at 423-539-4273 or info@giftsfromgrannyscottage.com to file a claim. The claim must be filed within 20 days.

Your orders are double checked before they are shipped. We use styrofoam pellets as cushioning material. When we pack your order great care is used to make sure your order is complete and arrives safely.
